Shipping policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Costs We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

• Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $8.00
• Express Shipping (2-3 business days): $15.00
• Free Standard Shipping on orders over $75

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery Timeframes

• Standard: 5-7 business days after shipment
• Express: 2-3 business days after shipment

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays beyond our control.

International Shipping At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand international shipping in the future.

Tracking Information Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier's website or by logging into your account on our website.

Lost or Damaged Items If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at chloehamilton@daisychainboutique.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and will either reship your order or provide a full refund.

For packages marked as delivered but not received, please check with neighbors and your building management. Contact us within 7 days if you still cannot locate your package.

Address Changes Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We cannot modify addresses once an order has been processed. If you need to change your address, contact us immediately at chloehamilton@daisychainboutique.com and we will do our best to assist you.
